Interview & Giveaway with S. J. Kincaid

There are three things you should know about me:

1) Insignia is one of my favorite books. Ever. As in, of all freaking time.
2) S. J. Kincaid is beyond amazing. She's so chill. I mean, I'll be freaking out and fan-girling and she's just like,

3) Oh yeah. When I went to RT back in April, Ms. Kincaid showed up. AKA I never expected it. It was a surprise, and when I saw her I literally became just like the dude on the right

so.... yeah. AND SHE SAID SHE'LL DO AN INTERVIEW WITH ME. SERIOUSLY.

Anyhow! After the jump, not only will you have a ton of awesomeness delivered just to please your palate, but Ms. Kincaid is also generous enough (as she is) to give away some Insignia-related swag.

Interview with Megan Miranda!

So, for those of you who know me, you know I absolutely loved Megan Miranda's debut novel, Fracture. I loved it so much that I went to Megan's event at Vroman's (it's in Pasadena) afterwards, and my gosh, she is SO. FREAKIN'. AWESOME.

Ahem. Please excuse the excess fan-girling.

But anyway, the point is, Megan was kind enough to agree to an interview!!! So, behold...

Something Random

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know of a few things that are going on!

1) The fantabulous Karen over at For What It's Worth interviewed me on her blog! :D Check it out if you want to know answers to question such as, how did you choose the name for your blog?

2) I'm gearing up for the debate tournament that will determine who goes to National's, so I'm afraid blogging will still be a bit sporadic, and I'm really sorry about that! BUT! I came up with a sort of schedule that I'll try my best to follow (and no, you're not allowed to get mad at me if I fail to follow it since I have a legitimate reason) (okay, okay, you can get mad at me) (just don't tell me you're mad!)...

1) My friend Amy O. of Fictitious Delicious (also known as zee awesome tossome starter along with zee fantastic Jen of #TeamKilt) makes absolutely ASTOUNDING trailers, and, guess what?! She got nominated! For the School Library Journal Trailee Awards!
