Don't I have a treat for you guys--and for my first Teaser Tuesday, too! I just got approved on Netgalley for The Treachery of Beautiful Things by Ruth Frances Long (Yeep!), and it's amazing so far. My teaser comes from the bound galley, so this might not even be in the final version of the book, but here you go.
"Tom had a wildness about him tonight, something just a bit desperate, as if his music scared him and yet he needed it."
-Page 3, The Treachery of Beautiful Things
What do you think? I think this is one of those instances where a beautiful cover actually means a beautiful book. :) Though, I'm not very far in yet, so I can't make a permanent judgment just yet.
